Production Manager
Primo is an internationally active group of companies with more than 1,000 employees at 12 locations in 8 countries, which has been a development partner and producer of plastic profiles and system solutions in numerous industries for more than 60 years, in particular the window and door industry, construction, air conditioning and refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, household appliances and transport.
To expand our team, we are currently looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin location.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. He/she will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Management and development of all production employees
- Shift planning and control of ongoing production and assembly
- Continuous improvement of production processes
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
- Process design according to modern methods
Your profile
- Completed technical studies or comparable training in the field of plastic extrusion
- A "hands on" attitude and management experience characterise you
- Excellent social skills, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Independent and solution-orientated way of working paired with a high level of initiative of initiative
